Fashions designers Dean and Dan Caten of Dsquared2 close the first day of Milan Fashion Week with their spring/summer 2017 menswear collection for Dsquared2. Inspired by the legendary figure of David Bowie, the designers explore this season an idea of street glamour, sending on the runway fearless boys, who walked the runway in platform boots. Thinking of a boy who lived in London in the Sixties, the Canadian twins infuse in the whole lineup their signature irreverent and playful attitude, playing with more fitted silhouettes and with new proportions. The waist of the trousers gets higher and becomes the key feature of the whole silhouette, while platform boots add a glam rock attitude to the whole styling. Mixing denim with leather, sparkling accents and punk elements, there’s no doubt that the fashion house’s spring 2017 collection isn’t for shy boys.
