Dolce & Gabbana - Spring/Summer 2017
Dolce & Gabbana – Spring/Summer 2017

Fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana explore the theme of music for their spring/summer 2017 menswear collection, putting aside for a season their traditional Sicilian folklore. Living to the sound of different beats, the designer sent on the runway a massive spring offering, that easily combines jazz references with bold Eighties club culture elements. Playing with bold animalier prints or nature-inspired patterns, Dolce & Gabbana spring/summer 2017 lineup also provides perfectly tailored silhouettes, which are revamped this season with a glamorous sparkling touch. Sequins are also used as a decoration for many pieces presented on the runway and the final result is a collection with a flamboyant attitude, and this isn’t certainly a bad thing. On a side note: the casting is once again fabulous and I have to say that having Arthur Kulkov back on the runway was probably the icing on the cake of an interesting and unexpected collection.
